Job Overview:

Texas Medical Company seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Medical Director to join our team. As the Medical Director you will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations and providing strategic direction for the organization. This is a fulltime salaried position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organizations medical operations ensuring the delivery of highquality patientcentered care

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement policies procedures and protocols that support the organizations mission and goals

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

Oversee the recruitment training and development of medical staff including physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including patients healthcare providers and community organizations

Participate in the development and implementation of clinical programs and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care

Serve as a liaison between the medical staff and the executive team providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement

Stay current with industry trends advancements and best practices to continually improve the organizations medical services

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in a specialty field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills

Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team

Ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions

Passion for delivering highquality patientcentered care

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
