We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for a leading international professional services company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
- Direct interaction with the different assigned clients (whatever their sector and size).
- Preparation analysis and review of the clients general accounting (suppliers clients accounting entries provisions prepayments banks fixed assets).
- Preparation of reporting analytical accounting treasury forecasts as well as any additional information requested by the client.
- Preparation of the necessary documentation and information to compile and present the recurrent obligations of the clients.
- Support the preparation of annual accounts and official books.
- Support the automation standardization and improvement of internal accounting processes.
- Support in any of the functional areas defined in the department depending on their skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting business administration economics.
- At least 2 years working experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of ERP and Excel.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Knowledge or experience in procurement will be positively valued.
