Accounting Assistant

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for a leading international professional services company located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

• Direct interaction with the different assigned clients (whatever their sector and size).
• Preparation analysis and review of the clients general accounting (suppliers clients accounting entries provisions prepayments banks fixed assets).
• Preparation of reporting analytical accounting treasury forecasts as well as any additional information requested by the client.
• Preparation of the necessary documentation and information to compile and present the recurrent obligations of the clients.
• Support the preparation of annual accounts and official books.
• Support the automation standardization and improvement of internal accounting processes.
• Support in any of the functional areas defined in the department depending on their skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting business administration economics.
• At least 2 years working experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of ERP and Excel.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Knowledge or experience in procurement will be positively valued.
