Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Dutch Customer Support Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutchspeaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Agent you will dedicate 70% of your time to professionally responding to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls).
As a Content Moderator you will spend 30% of your time reviewing content across various marketplaces and apps to ensure compliance with company guidelines and countryspecific laws thereby contributing to a safe online environment for users.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Dutch with a strong command of English.
Authorized to work in Malta (EU citizen residence card etc.).
