Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data within the company's systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail excellent typing skills and the ability to work efficiently and accurately to ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with the preparation of periodic reports.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve datarelated issues.
- Perform regular backups and data preservation tasks.
- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and management.
- Provide support to other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
