Job Title School Psychologist

• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
  
• Provide individual and group counseling to students
  
• Create and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
  
• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to identify student needs
  
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to improve student wellbeing and academic performance
  
• Facilitate professional development for staff on mental health issues and effective intervention strategies
  
• Consult with teachers parents and administrators to address students academic and behavioral challenges
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  
• State certification or licensures as a School Psychologist
  
• Master s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  
• Strong understanding of child development learning theories and behavioral management
