الوصف الوظيفي
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Nursing Supervisor at Karpagam Hospital. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daytoday nursing operations managing nursing staff ensuring optimal patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role involves providing critical care medicine medication administration monitoring patient conditions and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols.
Requirements
Qualification:
- DGNM / B Sc Nursing / PB B Sc Nursing
- Nursing Management and Nursing skills
- Experience in Critical Care Medicine
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and patient care
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Understanding of healthcare protocols and regulations
- Experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus
Experience: 10 yrs 15 yrs
