What you will be doing:

• Providing advice and counsel regarding labor relations matters.
• Preparing for collective bargaining.
• Representing management at collective bargaining and all labor disputes including grievances arbitrations and improper practice proceedings.

Experience you will need:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Knowledge of labor law is essential.
• Experience or knowledge in public sector labor relations.
• Experience at the bargaining table public or private sector.
