Production Supervisor Skudai

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the laundry facility.
  
• Monitor and manage staff performance including training scheduling and performance evaluations.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations and procedures.
  
• Oversee the proper handling and processing of laundry items ensuring quality and efficiency.
  
• Implement and enforce production policies and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  
• Maintain accurate records of production activities including inventory and equipment usage.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience within the hostel or cleaning industry.
  
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Candidate who is familiar with Chinese is preferable.
  
• Strong understanding of laundry operations including equipment and chemicals used in the process.
  
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  
• Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards relevant to the laundry industry.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
