**Responsibilities:**
Assist in planning and coordinating travel itineraries for various sports events and teams.
Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Research and book flights accommodations and transportation.
Liaise with vendors such as airlines hotels car rental agencies and event organizers to secure the best rates and arrangements.
Provide exceptional customer service addressing any travelrelated issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of travel bookings expenses and itineraries.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends and destination information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
**Requirements:**
Must be 18 years or older.
Reliable WiFi and a comfortable remote working setup.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of sports and travel industries.
Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and software is a plus.
