Outside Sales Legal
Come join our fast growing legal services team. Our business is a leader in providing services required by court systems law enforcement and parole/probation agencies. We have built a team that respects each other and we work hard to keep our team mates happy and engaged.
The Job
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new opportunities for new business and growing existing business within already established court and agency partners. Using multiple mediums of communication including phone email and especially inperson visits you will cultivate relationships and educate prospects on company programs.
Cover territory of parts Illinois and Missouri (Missouri mostly upsells)(company car provided)
Proactive communication and visits with established accounts to maintain relationships answer questions and provide necessary and timely feedback to VP of Sales & Marketing.
Contacting city county and/or state procurement and purchasing departments in territory to perform public records requests to build contracts database.
Plan for and participate in trade shows and conferences pertinent to our industry throughout the territory including overlapping territories and national conferences.
Maintain contact databases of existing accounts and potential business opportunities and target those contacts in the varying steps during the sales and postclose processes.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years experience related to criminal justice or the court system
- Must have at least 2 years outside sales / B2B Sales
- Talkative people person who enjoys relationship building and account management
- A track record of working responsibly and with little direct supervision
- College degree preferred but not required please apply if you meet the above criteria regardless of education background
Benefits
Solid Base Pay starting at $50k DOE
