Were looking for a motivated Workplace Agent (m/f/d) (minijob 10h/week) to join our office and workplace management team to support creating a happy and motivating workplace environment.

In your daytoday work youll focus on designing the premises and ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere.

Our Office & Workplace Management team ensures the smooth operation of Project As office while providing a wide range of administration support: From planning company events to handling purchases.

In this role youll:

• Ensure employees and visitors feel welcome and relevant services are provided (such as snacks & beverage program)
• Provide an open door to employees to chat an exchange about their daily tasks
• Help newcomers to settle in the office
• Support in ordering and managing office supplies from highlighters to filing cabinets

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in office operations frontdesk customer service or hotel industry HR catering service or event management
• Proven track record in coordinating and organising service ready with a professional attitude
• People oriented and always an open ear for the desires and needs of your colleagues making others happy makes you happy
• Ready to help mentality flexible mindset and reliable to others
• Can work onsite
• Fluent in Germanand English

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
