Education:
- 2nd PUC/Degree (Any discipline)
Languages Required:
- Mandatory: Hindi
- Two Regional Languages: Kannada/Telugu/Tamil
Shift Timings:
Working Days:
- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls to understand their queries and concerns.
- Ensure customer queries and concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain less than 8% shrinkage on Month Till Date (MTD).
- Be flexible to support increased call volume as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and two of the regional languages (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil).
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and effectively.
- Flexible to adapt to changes in work volume and schedule.
Additional Information:
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in telesales is preferred but not mandatory.
