Customer Support Executive

• 2nd PUC/Degree (Any discipline)

• Mandatory: Hindi
• Two Regional Languages: Kannada/Telugu/Tamil

• 9 AM to 6 PM

• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls to understand their queries and concerns.
• Ensure customer queries and concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain less than 8% shrinkage on Month Till Date (MTD).
• Be flexible to support increased call volume as needed.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and two of the regional languages (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil).
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and effectively.
• Flexible to adapt to changes in work volume and schedule.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Previous experience in telesales is preferred but not mandatory.
