Your Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through phone chat and email channels
- Monitor and oversee cases until they are efficiently resolved
- Cultivate and uphold professional relationships with partners demonstrating empathy consistently
- Address customer queries and address or escalate technical issues they encounter
- Adhere to established diagnostic protocols prioritizing efficient resolution of commonly asked questions
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- Communication skills
