Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage escalations from customerfacing colleagues under strict regulations.
- Dedicate time to resolving complex issues related to the fulfillment of online orders.
- Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase.
- Oversee the entire order process from induction to delivery.
- Manage changes to order details such as flavor changes.
- Liaise with partners to provide direction for issue resolution.
- Work to remove customers from the loop for complex issues to achieve quick satisfaction.
- Perform investigations that lead to decisions impacting relations with customers and partners.
- Conduct phone and email outreach to relay issue resolutions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch
- English (B2);
What we offer
- Salary 1298 gross / month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
