Overview:

The Senior Sales Manager for US Medical Billing plays a crucial role in leading the sales team and driving revenue growth within the medical billing market. This position is instrumental in establishing and nurturing client relationships developing strategic sales plans and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization in the US Medical Billing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the US Medical Billing market
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management
  • Provide input to product development based on customer feedback and market needs
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of CRM tools for effective sales management
  • Participate in contract negotiations and pricing strategies
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Conduct regular sales training and performance evaluations for the team
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales function
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance the companys presence
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management within the US Medical Billing industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Indepth knowledge of the US healthcare industry and payer landscape
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the medical billing sector
  • Experience in conducting sales training and performance evaluations
