Overview:
The Solar Technical role is of utmost importance in our organization as it is responsible for providing technical support expertise and guidance in the field of solar energy. This position plays a crucial role in the successful design implementation and maintenance of solar energy systems and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assess the solar potential of various locations.
- Design and engineer solar photovoltaic (PV) systems including creating electrical schematics and system layouts.
- Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems.
- Perform performance evaluations and troubleshooting of solar PV systems to optimize energy output.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards codes and regulations for solar energy projects.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement innovative solar energy solutions.
- Create technical documentation and reports for solar energy projects.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and best practices in the solar industry.
- Manage and oversee quality control processes for solar equipment and installations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning and budgeting for solar energy initiatives.
- Support the development of proposals and feasibility studies for solar projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or relevant field.
- Proven experience in designing and engineering solar PV systems.
- Indepth knowledge of solar energy principles technologies and components.
- Proficiency in using solar design software and simulation tools.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes such as NEC IEC and UL.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills in the context of solar energy systems.
- Strong project management capabilities with emphasis on solar energy projects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in solar PV installation maintenance or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to solar installations.
