Job Description:
seeking skilled Google Ads specialists to join our Human Evals Team. As a SPE you will play a critical role in testing and evaluating new features within the Google Ads platform to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of new Google Ads features.
- Follow predefined test cases and procedures to accurately assess feature performance and functionality.
- Document test results and provide detailed feedback and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other team members to understand feature requirements and testing objectives.
- Identify and report bugs issues and areas for improvement in a clear and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of quality assurance and adherence to testing protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (4 years) in actively managing Google Ads campaigns structure and optimization.
- Strong familiarity with Google Ads platform functionalities including advanced features and optimizations.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate findings and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads certification (e.g. Google Ads Certified Professional).
- Experience in Google Ads Acquisition.
- Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and technologies(optional).
