Job Summary:
Were seeking a junior accountant who can work closely with CFO HR and Admin to keep track of monthly income and expenses. They should be good at preparing GST statements calculating TDS for employee salaries and reporting advance taxes to the CFO. Also they need to handle paperwork with government departments maintain records of company assets and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Admin HR and CFO to accurately record monthly income and expenses from various sources.
- Calculating TDS for employee salaries on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain GST statements for timely credit claims and ling of returns ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Calculate and report advance tax and TDS to the CFO for prompt payment.
- Liaise with government departments and auditors for necessary documentation and audits.
- Work closely with the CFO and CEO to manage income tax matters effectively.
- Maintain accurate Fixed Asset Registers updating additions and deletions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular bank and credit card statement reconciliations to ensure nancial accuracy.
- Provide monthly business KPI reports to the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Support the nance team in various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Handling payments from International clients from various geographical locations
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Should have experience on ZOHO books / XERO / uickbooks
- Should be proactive and available for consulting or advisory
- Must know MS word excel or google spreadsheet for managing nancial data and reports
