As an IT Service Management Network Engineer you will:
- Operate and maintain integration platforms like MuleSoft and Apache ActiveMQ.
- Develop and implement Service Management workflows using BMC ITSM Discovery and Atrium CMDB.
- Analyze user requirements provide system solutions and create specifications and technical documentation.
- Implement automated workflows for incident management request fulfillment and change management.
- Develop reporting infrastructure and data models based on Oracle and MS SQL Server.
- Create automated data collections and reports coordinating closely with customers.
- Design and develop interfaces/integrations for BMC ITSM and CMDB.
- Configure and customize the BMC ITSM Suite and document procedures for maintaining system data.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor s degree in a related discipline and 2 years of postrelated experience or 6 years of relevant experience including 2 years of network administration.
- Experience in IT Service Management with BMC ITSM Suite and Atrium CMDB.
- 2 years of experience with integration platforms and serviceoriented architectures.
- Experience with MuleSoft Apache ActiveMQ Remedy ITSM on Windows and Linux and integrating data sources with BMC Atrium CMDB.
- System management knowledge of Windows and Red Hat Linux.
- Proven communication skills with expertise in briefing presentations and summarization.
