Role: Implementation Engineer

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of the HR/Payroll Solution ensuring successful deployment and project completion.
• Achieve and maintain a businesspreferred customer satisfaction index of 4/5 across all projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring active engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in iterative meetings to provide inputs on customization and ensure the project complies with agreed scope and objectives.
• Establish and enforce project processes to ensure compliance across all phases of the project.

Desired Experience:

• 34 years of professional experience with at least 2 years specifically focused on implementing ERP/HCM products.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in identifying assessing and mitigating risks associated with project implementation.
• Handson experience with ERP/HCM systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
