Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will identify and generate sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be the one who works well under pressure thinks outofthebox easily initiates relaxed but informative twoway phone conversations with prospects and is highly selfmotivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company s needs and cater for the outreach to each prospect specifically.

The ideal candidate will bring skills a strong work ethic and experience to the business. We are looking for someone ambitious dynamic wellpresented and confident in their sales skills.

Job Description:
  • Primary responsibilities entail conducting outbound calls and getting opportunities by providing appropriate levels of information and efficiently addressing inbound inquiries
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to handoff to sales teams
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold calls into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players research and obtain business requirements and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Profile strategic accounts and identify key individuals research and do lead generation of business key holders
  • Set appointments for the business development team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls email LinkedIn and other social mediums
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful followthrough of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application (Hubspot).




Requirements

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in telemarketing preferably in B2B Sales
  • Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Sales/ Business Management/ Customer Service or equivalent
  • An excellent communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Experienced with a proven track record of closing deals and success in a sales and appointmentsetting environment.
  • Assured and engaging with strong executive rapportbuilding skills
  • You ll be comfortable dealing with all levels of seniority
  • A logical thinker who can find and win new clients
  • Experienced in sales Business development or Account Management. Phone experience ideal although exceptional candidates without experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to generate own leads navigate internal CRM and generate appointments.
  • Ooze confidence highly energetic and selfmotivated.
  • Excellent administration and computer skills.
