Top Secret Clearance Required Hybrid 5 Yrs Sep/Oct Start

ACES is seeking Human Capital Manager to support DoD CIO. Hybrid Work requires ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE on 5 Year Contract starting in Sep/Oct at offices in the Mark Center Pentagon and Crystal City. Work involves policy development university engagement workforce development collaborating with academic institutions managing application processes and providing DoD365 admin support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret
  • Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 10 Years of general experience
  • Technical: Must be proficient in DoD Human Capital Management policies programs and processes. Experience in developing and revising DoD policies and procedures. Proven ability to engage and collaborate with academic institutions and other stakeholders. Familiarity with the application review and selection process. Understanding of workforce development programs and initiatives and skilled in using Microsoft 365 (DoD365) to include Office MS Teams and SharePoint Online.
  • Communication: Requires excellent verbal and writing communication skills and strong attention to detail

OPPORTUNITY

  • Contract Length: 5 years
  • Work Location: Mark Center Pentagon Crystal City
  • Telework: In office 23 days per week/as required rest telework
  • Start Date: Sep/Oct 2024

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to draft or revise supplemental guidance and communications products.
  • Assist in the development or revision of CAEO policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate university engagement through outreach initiatives to foster DoD and academic collaboration in crosssector cyber IT and cyber operations.
  • Leverage established relationships with National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAEC) Senior Military Colleges (SMC) VICEROY and National Defense University (NDU) to host community of practice meetings.
  • Share program successes and review lessons learned to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide support and expertise in facilitating the application review and selection process.
  • Collaborate closely with the client or organization responsible for managing the applications to ensure a fair and efficient selection process.
  • Support the implementation and administration of workforcewide development opportunities to encourage program success.
  • Leverage lessons learned from programs such as the Cyber Workforce Rotational Program Cyber Information Technology Exchange Program (CITEP) and Cyber Service Academy (CSA) to enhance the cyber workforce.
