Flexible Schedule for FT and PT

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Policy Development and Sales: Develop and present customized insurance policies to clients meeting their specific needs.
• Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all policies and procedures comply with industry regulations and standards maintaining disciplined accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Training and Development: Team up with your Mentor and plug into the training system to become an expert in the field.
• Technology Proficiency: Utilize advanced insurance software and CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency manage client data and streamline workflow processes.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Life & Health or willingness to get licensed.
• Experience: No Insurance experience is needed but Sales experience preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients team members and industry professionals.
• ClientCentric Approach: Strong focus on customer service and relationship management with a commitment to meeting clients needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail particularly in policy documentation compliance and reporting.
• ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
