You will be part of the Solutions and Technology Team. This team caters to technology requirements of Company & Crossword Book Stores. The candidate should be comfortable with nonhierarchical technology department the focus being performance teams. All team members in Solutions & Technology Team are expected to interface with people across multiple business units.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a highenergy selfdirected selfmotivated individual to join our team in the role of Deputy General Manager STT. Most of our IT development is outsourced to vendors hence ability to liaise with external partners is essential to successfully handle this role. The person is also required to extensively interface with other business functions such as Buying & Merchandising Operations and Finance etc. in order to facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements. In addition this individual will be responsible for interfacing with business users for understanding and resolution of issues in day to day operations. The successful candidate will be an extrovert with a strong understanding of business processes and ability to automate them. He or she will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to conceptualize and implement logical designs demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers ability to manage complex multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.
The position is based in Mumbai.
Job Title: SAP Support Lead with Retail Experience
Experience / Skills
10 to 18 years of relevant work experience in SAP Retail
SAP Technical Experience for multiple implementation projects
Experience in cross functional S4 modules Sales & Distribution and Material Management
Implementation / upgrade experience for S4 HANA as FI lead / consultant
Experience in Finance process mapping including taxation related reporting
Understanding of various challenges in Retail / Technical environment
Must have handled SAP Audit process for both functional and license audits
Technical understanding of SAP HANA architecture
Handson experience with S4 configurations and blueprinting
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Should have worked in or with support team on S4 HANA
Any additional technical support certification (ITIL or SAP Certification)
Experience in managing application users with strong customerfacing experience
Ability to judge customer situations and projects regarding implementation success with reference to strategic support planning
Comfort working in fast paced team environment
Responsibilities

We are seeking someone who can lead the SAP support operations from IT side to provide support to the organizations Business Units that operate the various SAP S4 HANA Modules.
Support Operations
Support the team in resolving most complex requests or escalations (from business users)
Develop the production support process and the related reporting/query solutions
Regularly meet the key business users and anticipate potential issues / new plans for timely resolution
Ensure major incident communication to management and internal customers
Work as the first point of contact with the user community and ensure good service delivery from the outsourced support team
System Monitoring and Improvement
Process Monitoring for IT internal process to improve system performance & stability
Perform daily weekly and monthly reviews with relevant stakeholders to correctly monitor the support program and present findings & opportunities to improve
Follow up on performance cost and quality through target and KPI measurements
Act as leader of SMEs for various finance systems related project
Provide standardization and consistency across environments Process mapping and documentation
Value Add for Support Program
Build business acumen As a part of the development learn how the business and business processes operate to better solve problems and define solutions
Identify training needs by reviewing the issue log and work with Power Users for retraining of the user community
Participate in working with the team to enhance business processes and customer interactions through information technologies
Prepare training documentation and provide training specifically for recurring issues
Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time be a collaborative team member
Education
Degree in IT Computer Science or similar level of experience and knowledge
Certifications in SAP ITIL
Retail SAP,SAP Lead,SAP HANA,ITIL,SAP Certification
