Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a team of product managers fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement product strategies that align with the companys vision and objectives.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery and highquality products.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap balancing shortterm gains with longterm strategic goals.
Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer by integrating user feedback and usability studies into the product development process.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in Chatbots mobile applications and web platforms is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams manage performance and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
