We are looking for a Product Manager Contact Center Conversation Design to shape the future of our product and add a vital contribution to our growth on the global market. As a Product Manager for Contact Center Conversation Design you will define priorities for the development of a fully automated AIdriven CX.
You understand the market and the product: what our customers want what our competitors offer what our product does and what opportunities exist for its future
You build up knowledge and are the expert and first point of contact in Expertflow for Contact Center Conversation Design
You pass on your knowledge to our customers partners and within the company by creating documentation. You are responsible for the documentation of all product functions within your product domain. You maintain develop and improve it in collaboration with our engineering and marketing departments.
You shape the future of our product. You will create business value by setting technical implementation goals. To achieve this you will work with multiple Product Owners who are responsible for implementing the solutions you plan.
Together with Solution Architects you plan the longterm target architecture and define and visualize highlevel solution workflows.
You interact with presales and project managers about current customer feature queries and decide which queries will go into a future version of the product.

Masters University Degree ideally in Engineering
Proven knowledge as a Senior in your area of expertise ideally from a PM role
Proven ability to describe products and services in an understandable way
Working with Contact Center or Business Intelligence software either as a user product manager or salesperson of such software
Excellent organizational and planning skills
You like to make decisions and lead the way
Communicative personality eager to learn and collaborate in a team
Fluent in spoken and written English
Experience in Conversational Design and integration with Voiceor Chatbots
Proficiency in IVR implementation of any contact center (Cisco Amazon Genesys etc.)and integration with backend systems using APIs
Degree in Business Administration Product Management and Marketing
Arabic French and/or German language skills
3 5 years of Product Management Sales Presales or User experience
Commercial flair an intrinsic motivation to compete in the Market successfully
Experience with portfolio and Agile tools such as Jira AHA! and Confluence and SAFE principles
