Real Estate Agent - World Class Real Estate

As a Social Media Specialist & Photographer you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our online presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that engages our audience and drives brand awareness. This role requires a combination of social media expertise and photography skills as you will be tasked with capturing and curating highquality visual content that aligns with our brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Create and curate visually appealing content for social media platforms including photos videos and graphics
• Manage and maintain the companys social media profiles and presence including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
• Monitor social media trends and insights and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance
• Capture highquality photographs and videos to support various marketing initiatives including product launches events and campaigns
• Edit and retouch photos as needed to maintain a cohesive and polished aesthetic

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices
• Proficiency in photography including experience with DSLR cameras lighting equipment and photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom)
• Creative eye for composition lighting and visual storytelling
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all content
• Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• A passion and a desire to stay uptodate on industry trends and developments
• Driving License and having a car is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing Communications Photography or related field
• Experience with video production and editing
• Previous experience in Real Estate will be an advantage
