Job Description: As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing support and assistance to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed about company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
