Job Summary:
As part of the CFM Support in Airbus Hamburg technicians perform maintenance tasks to ensure the delivery of the engines and aircraft in accordance with the Airbus schedule. This work is performed in compliance with applicable regulations to satisfy our customers.
You will be required to:

Respect and apply the work documentation (aircraft maintenance manual service bulletin application internal work instruction)

Perform all required unscheduled maintenance on engines at Nacelles facility and at Airbus (replacement of the line replaceable unit. replacement of parts engine borescope inspection troubleshooting etc.)

Perform the standard tasks

Compliance with safety rules (wearing protection gear performing 5S inspection etc.)

Record all interventions/ tasks in information systems (CFM system & Airbus system)

Contribute to product and service improvement:

Identify/record risks deviations and improvement need

Propose corrective actions and improvement paths

Identify the occurrence of major events
Knowledge/Skills:
-
Solid knowledge of mechanics and engine functioning is required as well as technical expertise in engine assembly and maintenance documentation

Knowledge of PART 21G or PART 66 or PART 145 is recommended

Experience working in jet engine manufacturing or aircraft manufacturing would be a plus

Knowledge and use of borescope device would be a plus

Knowledge and use of Airbus tools such as TLB (Technical Logbook) NC (NonConformity Notification) Intervention Card

Technical English is mandatory fluency in English is required

French or German communication abilities would be an advantage
