What you will be doing:

• Expanding the firms First Party Property/Bad Faith Practice to Colorado
• Managing all aspects of a case
• Potentially evolving into a leadership role as the practice develops

Experience you will need:

• Must be a current resident of the Denver area or surrounding counties
• 5 8 years of litigation experience
• Experience in First Party Property Damage/Bad Faith/Construction Defect law
• Must be a member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing
• Experience in evaluating claims
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
