Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
Supervise and manage procurement and related activities to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company needs and budget constraints.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Review and process purchase orders and requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities supplier contracts and agreements.
Identify costsaving opportunities and implement them without compromising quality.
Resolve any procurementrelated issues or discrepancies on time.
Oversee daily operations and ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to industry regulations and standards.
