Job Description: Are you a social media enthusiast who speaks fluent Spanish Do you love fostering engaging and safe online communities Were searching for a proactive and detailoriented Spanishspeaking Social Media Support Agent to join us onsite in Lisbon. Youll be the primary contact for our Spanishspeaking users helping them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring our content remains topnotch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Moderation: Ensure our online community remains safe and enjoyable by moderating usergenerated content.
  • User Assistance: Communicate with users via social media platforms in Spanish delivering precise and timely information.
  • Problem Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve user complaints and issues leaving them satisfied.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough records of user interactions and moderation activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to enhance user satisfaction and tackle complex issues.
  • Continuous Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improving user experiences and propose innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge Upkeep: Stay updated with platform policies company updates and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2)
  • Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of our dynamic onsite team in Lisbon.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms moderation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
