Technical Maintenance And Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on technical equipment and systems.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation.

Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to optimize technical operations.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Document maintenance activities and generate reports on system performance.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades and improvements.

Provide technical support and training to other team members.

Required Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering Computer Science or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical maintenance and operations.

Technical Skills:

Extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for technical equipment and systems.

Experience with monitoring tools and performance management.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar are preferred.
