German Customer Care Agent - Porto

Customer Service Representatives are the first contact point for customers with questions or concerns. Their primary objective is to ensure customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with the companys products or services.

Whether through phone email or chat CSRs are always ready to go the extra mile!

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone emails or chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide uptodate product and service information to customers
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services
• Meet or exceed performance targets such as call volume and resolution time
• Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide feedback to management on customer issues concerns and trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school education diploma
• Native or near native level of German
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level oral validation will be conducted)
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills
• Strong technology/computer skills
• Relocation package on offer if coming from abroad

Location: Porto

Salary: for 14 months
