We are looking to hire a Travel Coordinator for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism Hospitality Business or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in travel coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be measured yearly based on the performance appraisal.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Followup inquiries generated through social media. - Plan and customize travel itineraries for individuals families and groups.
- Provide detailed information about destinations accommodations transport options and activities.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients providing exceptional customer service before during and after travel.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly.
- Handle any travelrelated emergencies or changes efficiently.
- Stay updated on travel regulations health advisories and safety guidelines.
- Promote travel packages and services to potential clients.
- Participate in travel fairs exhibitions and networking events.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients.
- Provide cost estimates and manage travel budgets for clients.
- Ensure costeffective travel arrangements without compromising on quality.
- Use travel management software and online booking systems efficiently.
