We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as an Italianspeaking Customer Advisor Agent in Moschato (Athens). As a Customer/Tech Advisor Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italianspeaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via email/phone calls.

Requirements:

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level

• Tech support experience preferable
