About the Role:
As a Customer Administrator you will assist the team with managing chains and progressing them towards exchange and completion. Your responsibilities include liaising with estate agents mortgage brokers and clients as well as communicating with partner solicitors. Youll manage client expectations and maintain accurate records of progress being the main point of contact for incoming calls and emails. This fulltime remote role offers the opportunity to grow and explore other areas of the business.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
