Mechanical Engineer - Routing

Job Purpose: Routing Layout Design of Wiring harness in vehicle

Roles:

Routing of Wiring Harness in 3D CATIA for 4 Wheeler / Commercial vehicle

Mechanical part concept making and coordination with Part Design Team.

Generating different proposals related to layout of wiring harness

Communication with Customer

Benchmarking of different designs

Contribution to Design review DFMEA/PFMEA Customer concern and field failures

Key Skills :

Good Understanding of Engineering drawing.

Good Skills in MCAD tools (Caria OR UG)

Good Communication Skills

Knowledge of Mechanical Parameter part modeling (3D/2D) will be an added advantage

Good concept Visualization to make proposals

Understanding of Wiring harness Child parts

Requirements

Minimum Requirement :

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge

SOFTWARE knowledge (Auto CAD Catia)

Prefer to have experience of TATA Motors systems.
