Customer Support Executive
Salary : 15000/
Location: Infopark Kochi
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Support Executive to join our team at Infopark Kochi. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or fresher with excellent communication skills a strong willingness to work during night shifts and a basic understanding of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our support systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in any field.
Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Work Schedule: Willingness to work in the night shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM).
Location: Must be willing to work from our office in Infopark Kochi.
