management team behind the adoption and proficient use of Microsoft 365 tools within our
organization. Your role will involve not only educating employees on the benefits and features of
Microsoft 365 but also leading change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and
integration of these tools into daily work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs tailored to different departments ensuring
comprehensive understanding and utilization of Microsoft 365 applications.
Facilitate workshops webinars and oneonone coaching sessions for employees at all
levels including senior management.
Create engaging content and resources such as communications guides FAQs and
tutorial videos.
Monitor usage and feedback to continuously improve training materials and strategies.
Act as a liaison between the Digital Workplace Team and business units to align
Microsoft 365 functionalities with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 updates and features translating technical
information into userfriendly language.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Copilot Microsoft 365 Copilot in Edge (Bing Chat Enterprise)
Microsoft 365 applications and their business applications.
Experience as a trainer or coach preferably with a focus on digital tools and software.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills comfortable with addressing large
audiences.
Experience in change management with the ability to participate in managing transitions
effectively.
Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt training approaches to various
learning styles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
others.
ADKAR & Agile methodology knowledge
Ability to create clear concise and engaging training materials.
Can do & Teamplayer attitude but you can work independently if necessary
End user experience and serviceminded mentality
He or she will be in close collaboration with the SMEs inside the Digital Workplace Technology
team and will the owners of the multiple digital channels (e.g. Intranet Digital Signage ).
Excellent language skills to effectively communicate in English (speaking and writing) ability to
speak in French & Dutch is a plus .
Based in Belgium. Able to travel in Europe for dedicated change management activities.
