CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the Fashion/Apparel industry in their search for a Sales Team Supervisor in a Remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open new customer accounts through cold outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and showcase the value of offerings.
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of 35 sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance provide feedback and conduct regular team meetings.
- Assist in recruiting and training new sales reps.
- Resolve complex customer issues and collaborate with other departments for process improvements.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements
7 10 years of proven experience in a sales management role within the fashion retail industry.
Strong leadership communication and team management skills.
Resultsoriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
Flexibility for domestic and international travel and latenight or earlymorning meetings.
