What you will be doing:

• Initial and ongoing client contact
• Requesting medical records
• Scheduling medical appointments
• Managing clients medical care
• Opening and closing files
• Calendaring events
• Resolving PD and loss of use
• Reporting claims to MediCal and Medicare for lien resolution
• Preparing files to submit to demand writers
• Providing overall quality client care

Experience you will need:

• Prior experience in case management
• Fluent in Spanish
• Understanding of the Injury Claims process
• Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
