We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join us in the managing of the mobility program.

Meaningful work you ll contribute

  • Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding visa payroll income tax system administration.
  • Proactively manage the mobility program partnering with other functions and vendors such as Legal Compliance Tax and Immigration.
  • Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility and onboarding process.
  • Offer feedback advice and share the best practices to our clients on their relocation process local immigration process
  • Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
  • Design and maintain process documentation for the global mobility department.
  • Collect and update immigration and tax policies for the APAC countries and America countries.
  • Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals personal information in compliance with our privacy policies.
  • Any other supporting tasks required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or above.
  • 13years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the APAC countries and America countries.
  • Adaptable and collaborative able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
  • Strong commercial awareness and super handson attitude. Problemsolving oriented.
  • Excellent communication presentation and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
  • Agile and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
