We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services across our client base ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements. This pivotal role involves managing the technology services delivery team coordinating with various departmental teams and maintaining the overall efficiency and effectiveness of service operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT service management exceptional leadership qualities and a proven track record in enhancing service delivery through innovative practices.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery Management
Manage daytoday operations of the technology services delivery team ensuring all IT services are delivered according to service level agreements and quality standards.
Schedule assign and monitor tasks providing feedback coaching and support to the technology services delivery team.
Client and Communication Management
Maintain regular communication with clients addressing any issues complaints or requests swiftly and professionally.
Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment of service delivery with client needs and expectations.
Operational Strategy and Development
Develop and implement effective policies procedures and processes to enhance the efficiency effectiveness and quality of service delivery.
Analyze service delivery performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Resource and Compliance Management
Manage resources and inventory of the service delivery team ensuring costefficiency and compliance with budget allocations.
Ensure compliance with company policies standards and regulations maintaining the security and confidentiality of client data.
Bachelor s degree in IT computer science engineering or a related field.
Minimum ten years of experience in IT service delivery and team management preferably within a managed service provider environment.
Proficient in IT service management tools and knowledgeable in IT service delivery methodologies like ITIL COBIT and relevant ISO standards.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills capable of managing and motivating a team to achieve excellence.
Desirable
Microsoft Certifications in M365 and Azure administration.
ITIL Certification and familiarity with IT Security VOIP systems Cloudbased collaboration and AI platforms.
Experience in a multinational environment with a focus on AU/NZ/UK/US/CAN markets.
Software
Proficiency in RMM ticketing and project management systems.
Education
Relevant Microsoft and ITIL certifications are highly desirable.
Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
