Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative you ll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction for a leading automotive group. Your primary focus will be on proactive service appointment scheduling utilizing your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. You ll be the vital link between customers and the service department ensuring smooth operations across multiple dealerships. This position offers a unique blend of customer service sales and administrative tasks providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers due for vehicle servicing focusing on appointment scheduling (this is not sales just scheduling)
- Provide topnotch bilingual support in English and Spanish catering to a diverse customer base
- Manage and schedule service appointments using the dealership s advanced systems
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database with meticulous attention to detail
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding service appointments with professionalism and empathy
- Implement followup strategies to confirm appointments and minimize noshows
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets for appointment scheduling
- Collaborate closely with the service department to optimize scheduling and enhance overall customer experience
- Contribute to improving customer retention and satisfaction metrics through excellent service
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) with the ability to switch seamlessly between languages
- Exceptional communication skills and a customercentric mindset
- Proven ability to handle highvolume calling while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and aptitude for learning new software systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy to ensure errorfree recordkeeping
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma required; some college education or relevant experience in customer service preferred
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and services is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle additional administrative tasks as needed
