Metrics and Reporting Associate

5 years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role at a large consulting financial services or technology firm
Proficient analytical skills; strong SQL and data visualization skills
Prior experience in at least one of the following areas: compliance transaction monitoring customer and transaction screening KYC and risk rating and regulatory/management reporting
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment; prior experience in a startup or high growth environment will be a plus
Ability to independently create plans for projects and a track record of overseeing large / complex analytical projects spanning multiple teams.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written (including writing formal documentation)
A quick learner and a team player who enjoys building and doing handson work
