Manage and administer Linuxbased systems including installation configuration troubleshooting and performance optimization. Ensure the security reliability and scalability of Linux servers and associated infrastructure. Ensure that systems are running efficiently and effectively to support business operations. Administer and maintain dialer systems used for telecommunication purposes. Configure and optimize dialer settings to enhance productivity and efficiency. Troubleshoot dialer issues and provide timely resolutions. Control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations to meet organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Ensure the security of data through the implementation of robust security measures. Manage network access controls to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and downtime. Identify potential problems with existing systems through proactive monitoring and analysis.
