Job Description:
As an experienced Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts to achieve longterm success and ensure client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships understanding client needs and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives while achieving company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries requests and escalations.
- Understand client business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales marketing operations) to deliver integrated solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Identify upsell or crosssell opportunities and work with sales teams to maximize revenue growth from existing clients.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics providing regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends market developments and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance discuss opportunities and address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including contract management and service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in account management client relationship management or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans and solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
