Position:
Global Talent Acquisition Head

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals providing guidance coaching and support to ensure the teams success.
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to address them.
  • Oversee the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and selecting candidates for various roles.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners including recruitment agencies universities and professional organizations to expand our talent pool.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company promoting our culture values and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in a global or multinational organization.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and proactively solve complex recruitment challenges.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software/tools and familiarity with HRIS systems.
