We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this parttime role you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our Account Based Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys multitasking. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while assisting various departments with their administrative needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily office operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage data entry tasks ensuring accurate recordkeeping in our CRM software.
- Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
- Help manage office supplies and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
